Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be packed and dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number or tracking ID to get live updates on your delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount. Check our current promotions or the announcement bar at the top of the site for the latest offer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number and the exchange details. We'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once we receive and inspect the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Are the products the same as shown in the photos?

Yes. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, but the product you receive will match the listing.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular items are restocked regularly. You can check back on the product page or contact us to ask about a specific item.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your addresses, and view your order history.
